A new build has a window between framing and drywall when network drops, speaker wire, and lighting runs are much easier to install. We can work alongside your builder to get documented wiring in place during that window, even if you are not ready to install everything yet.

Already moved in?

Many homes were built when a single router in the living room seemed like enough. We can add whole-home Wi-Fi, outdoor audio for a pool or lanai, and landscape lighting to an existing home, working around the finished spaces.

My builder offers a wiring package. Why use you instead?
Builder packages often cover the basics, and that may be all you need. If you want more, we can plan around how you expect to use the house, document each run, and coordinate with your builder's schedule.
Can you add wiring to a finished home in Pace?
Usually, yes. Every house is different, so we look for a practical route for each run, and in some cases wireless equipment makes more sense than a new wire.
How early should we talk during a new build?
As early as you can, ideally at plan review before framing. That leaves time to coordinate with your builder and electrician.
